Charming 2 BR Villa in Ubud

Nestled in the tranquil and esteemed neighborhood of Sayan — one of Ubud’s most sought-after locations, renowned for its stunning river gorge vistas and top-tier retreats — this exquisitely crafted 2-bedroom villa exemplifies bohemian tropical living at its finest. The residence perfectly blends untouched natural beauty with elegant comfort, incorporating earthy materials, artisanal touches, and lush tropical gardens to offer a home that harmonizes seamlessly with its environment. Upon stepping onto the spacious timber deck and viewing the private pool surrounded by tall palms and dense tropical foliage, it quickly becomes evident that this villa was designed not merely for living but for a profound sensory experience. Sayan’s distinctive ambiance — calm, elevated, and intimately connected to nature — makes it one of the most desirable spots for villa ownership in all of Bali.

Inside, the décor reflects careful selection and skilled craftsmanship. The living room features a deep, cushioned sofa covered in natural linens, a handwoven rattan coffee table, and woven wall art that respectfully references Balinese heritage without feeling overwhelming. Large black-framed glass doors fully open to the pool terrace, seamlessly linking indoor comfort with outdoor tranquility. The compact kitchen and dining space showcase warm timber cabinets with rattan inlay, open shelving, and pendant lights that emit a soft, golden glow during meals. The master bedroom stands out with a striking four-poster canopy bed beneath a vaulted ceiling detailed with natural alang-alang, surrounded by woven textures, gentle earth tones, and a peaceful ambiance that promotes true relaxation.

The villa’s outdoor areas truly distinguish it. A long lap pool extends along a meticulously designed timber and stone deck, furnished with sun loungers and a large umbrella — perfect for leisurely afternoons under the Bali sun. Thick, vibrant greenery envelops the garden, ensuring complete privacy and creating an authentic resort atmosphere without leaving home. The bathroom is a highlight on its own, featuring a freestanding oval soaking tub, warm terrazzo-style stone finishes, open shelving stocked with artisan products, and a window framing a lush rice field view — a feature that transforms everyday moments into something special. Whether you seek a high-yield short-term rental, a personal Bali retreat, or a long-term investment in one of the island’s most prestigious and rapidly appreciating areas, this Sayan villa excels on all fronts. Properties of this quality and location rarely remain available for long.
