76 Sqm 1 Bed 2 Bath Lake Avenue

It’s a comfortable one-bedroom spot, but what really stands out are the two bathrooms - both contemporary and thoughtfully designed. You’ll find sleek gray tiles and matte black fixtures that give everything a clean, modern feel. The walk-in shower has a glass enclosure with a black metal frame, plus a recessed shelf inside for toiletries, which is surprisingly practical.
The bedroom is spacious with warm wooden flooring, built-in wardrobes that have those cool black handles, and a large window letting in plenty of natural light. You’ve got curtains already installed, and two bedside tables flank the bed, so it feels ready to move in. The full-length mirror with a wooden frame also adds a great touch and makes the room feel bigger.
Overall, the neutral palette of grays, whites, and natural wood give it a calm, inviting vibe that’s easy to personalize. With split-unit air conditioning and recessed ceiling lights throughout, this place balances comfort and style - perfect if you want something low-maintenance but still feels like home. Being freehold on Sukhumvit Soi 16 puts you right in the thick of Bangkok’s action but still tucked away quietly enough.
